HR Business Partner - 12 month contract

£50,000 Pro Rata + Excellent Benefits

You will have Commercially sound background, be structured, have experience working at a Senior level and have strong HR Bsiness Partner experience.

Responsibilities:

To work alongside Senior Managers in designated areas of the business as an internal consultant
Develop and implement effect HR strategies to support business needs
Plan the learning and development of teams to improve performance, capability and talent development
Be responsible in managing the HR function on a day-to-day basis
Oversee the induction programme and on-boarding of senior managers and professionals along with coaching and supporting managers with performance management
Devise and implement recruitment strategies
Support and deliver projects as specified within client groups and the company as a whole
Keep up-to-date with legislation/trends and best practice in order to develop new policies
Manage, motivate and develop the HR Executive and ensure they deliver a professional and high standard HR Service
Person specification:

Substantial Previous HR experience within a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills along with effective relationship management and influencing skills are essential
Be diplomatic and confident working alongside a wide range of stakeholders
Good commercial acumen and strong questioning/analytical skills
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, HR Databases and Spreadsheets skills
Knowledge of Job evaluation systems and previous training delivery is required
