You will be an HR Professional and will be providing advice to client organisation, who are small businesses, about employment matters. Candidates must have the following: A sound knowledge of employment law and a willingness to build on this. Experience of managing and conducting meetings with employees e.g. disciplinary and grievance meetings. Experience in delivering training to managers in areas such as disciplinary and recruitment. Some knowledge of contracts of employment. You will also have: a good attention to detail and able to draft letters and correspondence. Be well organised and able to work to deadlines and prioritise. Be able to build trust and relationships with clients. Be resilient and willing to learn.
