An HR Administration Assistant is required for a busy Personnel Office within a Central London Hotel Group. Supporting a group of six hotels, you will be a key member within a small team providing a full HR function for the group.

Previous administration experience is essential, ideally within an HR environment. Successful candidates will need excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and establish good working relationships, both internally and externally. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised individual with good attention to detail and a positive, can do attitude. Ideally, you should be good at managing office IT systems and be familiar, or have an interest in the policies, procedures and legislation involved in an HR function.

This role will require you to ensure all aspects of HR administration are delivered to the highest standard, with the management of employment and HR information database and files. This position will assist with recruitment matters, including sending out offer letters and dealing with all starter and leaver paperwork and conducting new employee inductions. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and chasing paperwork such as references and reports and preparing routine correspondence such as contracts of employment, letters confirming salary and position changes and liaising with all Departments including payroll. As a member of the team, you will be expected to provide impartial guidance on HR issues and remain an independent arbiter of HR standards, with the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. This is a full time, permanent position, offered with an immediate start. The gross starting wage for this post is £232.15 per week, with office working hours, Monday to Friday. Meals are provided whilst on duty and other benefits include four weeks annual holiday, subsidised gym membership, on-site hair salon and laundry facilities.
