Required for charity/members' club in London, W1. Members club, function venue and restaurant. Duties - set-up and cleaning of function rooms and common parts, offices, etc. general maintenance, reception work and security. Ability to work independently and/or unsupervised and to follow established routines and do repetitive tasks, transport rubbish, supplies, equipment, etc. between offices, storage areas and function rooms. Minor repairs and decorating. Some reception work and security. Liaise with clients, members, staff, caterers and guests. Previous experience preferred, but honesty, out-going personality, positive attitude and good telephone manner are essential. Good use of English - written and oral an absolute necessity. References essential and will be taken up before employment. Full time positon - 35 hours over 7 days. Salary in the region of £21,000. Must have full working visa. Please send CV.
