The ideal candidate will be an experienced Hotel Reception Manager with a mature positive outlook, who can demonstrate organised leadership qualities but also be an effective team member.

This is a challenging position within the Fife area where you will be responsible for the management of all reception duties ensuring the smooth running of a busy environment at all times. You will be responsible for staff, be able to deal with guest enquiries and requests efficiently to provide first class customer service with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. You will also be computer literate, accurate in administrative reports and records with good communication skills and the ability to converse and report to the owners. A "Hands on" approach is practiced in the hotel and a high standard of self-presentation is required to project a professional image for the establishment.
