Hotel Manager opportunity
As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the whole hotel along with your team.
For the opportunity of Hotel Manager, our client is looking for a good all round back ground to include rooms / revenue experience however a strong background is required from within food and beverage, events, weddings and private dining. Financial awareness, budgeting and development of sales are also essential along with statutory legislation to include Health and Safety, Personnel and Training records and development. You will have excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and training of your team to maximise revenue.
This role will suit a candidate who holds a similar position or perhaps an opportunity for a first time senior managerial role moving from deputy hotel manager. It is a hands on role requiring you to take responsibility for the day to day business and operations at the hotel.
Salary for Hotel General Manager is given as iro £35,000 - £45,000+ / per annum. Benefits also include on site accommodation if required, a bonus scheme, profit sharing and a pension scheme.
