We are a well established estate and lettings agency based in Blackburn and are opening a small office in Leeds.

We are looking for a motivated, self employed and experienced lettings negotiator to generate business from day one.

You will have experience in the property domain haven worked in a similar role and will have excellent links to local landlords.

People hired on a similar package often earn in excess of £1500/£2000 + per month. Bonus paid quarterly.

You will be expected to bring on 15-20 new rental instructions each month with a minimum commission of £75-£100 per property.
