Ethical Fundraisers
£8.50 - £13.50 ph + uncapped daily bonus

Being a Gift street fundraiser in London means stopping people in the street, giving them the lowdown on an ethical cause and encouraging them to make regular donations to a huge variety of charities: NSPCC, Unicef, Guide Dogs and Amnesty International to name but a few.
It’s fun and ethically sound, but you have to be quick to cut through apathy and be resilient, make a connection and inspire people.
This is why we pay you by the hour, not per sign-up, so your money’s regular and guaranteed. You start on at least £8.50 an hour, and you could quickly work your way up to be on £13.50 an hour leading a team.
We also believe in rewarding our staff with regular incentives, competitions and bonus schemes. This allows fundraisers performing well to earn much more than the excellent basic hourly rates.
However, we DON’T pay commission on the money you raise – you can tell that to anyone who says you’re a commission-hungry sales hound! What’s more, you get the chance of a pay rise every three months, our breaks are very generous (we know this makes for happier, better fundraisers) and we have regular Gift-funded social get-togethers that are brilliant fun.
You can earn extra through our Talent Spotting referral scheme, which can net you £300 plus a free day off – and you get entered into our regular competitions with two of our team leaders recently winning a weekend trip to Paris, and more prizes to be announced this summer so watch this space!
For the more career-minded among you, you can become a manager within a year – nearly all ours started as street fundraisers - or you can go off and land a good job with a leading charity, or just join us short-term. We’re very flexible. All we ask is that you give a damn, hate apathy and love fundraising!
