We are keen to find a Head Receptionist for this contemporary and high quality hotel operation in Liverpool. The role will obviously be looking after reception leading the other receptionists and working with the operations and sales teams on site to ensure that the guests are getting what they are looking for. The role of Head Receptionist will need to encompass a number of skills from understanding Revenue, Sales, Front Desk systems to undertaking the Concierge duties.

In taking on the position of Head Receptionist it is important that you are a good communicator, have a strong personality and are good at leading and motivating the team. You will need to have worked in Reception previously, ideally to Head Receptionist level. It would be good to have experience of working in a four star operation in order to understand the requirements of working to this standard.
