Job Title: Head Housekeeper

Salary: upto £20,000 p/a
Job Details:
We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to support with the operation of an established hotel in the New Forest area.
In line with the requirements of the current Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
As Head Housekeeper you will support with the management of up to 10 team members with joint accountability for the delivery of KPIs. These include productivity, operating standards and team retention.
You will report to the Area Manager, who will oversee the site. Your responsibilities will include compliance of all HR paperwork and delivering service standards set by the Service User.
The successful applicant will have previous Housekeeper Management experience in a hotel with excess of 50 rooms, and experience of managing a team of room attendants. You will be able to display that you will be able to manage an often tight budget with changing occupancy.
*NB own transport, working hours/days flexibility is imperative for your application to this role.
