The George in Hayes is looking for head chefs, sous chefs, jnr sous and chef de parties to join the already strong brigade. We are a fresh food restaurant with most items being prepared on site and specials on a daily basis.
We are always looking for hard working, dynamic and creative people with passion, style and pride in what they do.
We are looking for strong and organized Chefs who have a good general knowledge of working in a fast pace, fresh food kitchen.
In return we offer a competitive hourly rate or salary, tips, 1 long weekend off per month(Chef de partie only, not often seen in this industry) and live in is available
Career prospects are great. We have head chefs that were once Kitchen porters. And head chef is not the end of the line, the career pathway leads beyond this into menu development, training and more.
