We need a Head chef to work in a recently refurbished Pub/Restaurant and Hotel, to work with the existing team through incredibly busy peak times and quiet low times, the Menu is a branded Grills and More menu as we are a
Brains site.
The successful candidate with have a proven track record in a high turnover business, be able to take on ordering and stock reporting, the position will be salaried and will vary depending on experience.
There is a possibility of a live in position.
