We are currently looking for a Head Chef to assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering a high standard of food and service in the restaurant. They will lead the kitchen team ensuring that targets are achieved or exceeded.
The Head Chef role is critical to the delivery of high quality food and Guest service through the leadership of the kitchen team. They are responsible for setting up the operation of the kitchen efficiently ensuring there is the appropriate level of resource available and for maintaining the performance of the kitchen team.
Do you have experience in a Head Chef role, of food preparation and the delivery of high quality food and commitment to exceeding guest expectations? Can you demonstrate effective leadership skills with the ability to develop teamwork and optimise the use of resources? Leading by persuasion and example
Are you enthusiastic and self motivated; action orientated, resilient and able to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team through training and coaching.
