Head Chef required for a hotel
As Head Chef candidates require a good all round back ground to include restaurant service and experience of catering for up to 100 within conference and banqueting operations.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for a team and you will have a passion for training and development of your team which are very important factors.
Good kitchen management and food hygiene control are essential. This role may suit a current Sous Chef looking for a first time senior appointment as Head Chef.
The salary for Head Chef is given as £25,000 - £30,000 / per annum / live out or live in
