The Cat and Mutton is one of East Londons most successful and well known pubs and restaurant. We have been open 9 years with continued growth year on year.
We are now looking for a new head chef to carry our kitchen onwards and upwards. The perfect candidate would be aged 25 - 30 with experience in working in a small restaurant or busy gastropub , knowledge and interest in modern british and european cooking, experience in short order cooking, be able to manage and motivate a small team of chefs and kitchen porters and be able to work towards GP and wage targets.
We are a busy site so an organised, professional individual is essential. 7 Shifts per week. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
