JOB TITLE: Handy Man / Cleaner
Hours: 45h (full time)
Duration: Permanent
Pay: £7-£9/h

JOB SUMMARY:

A full time handy man/cleaner is required for a nursing home in West Norwood. The candidate must be able to carry out the duties of general cleaning and maintenance as follow: jet washing the bins, cleaning the garden, sweeping the drive way of the nursing home, painting and decorating rooms, general repairs, basic plumbing, changing sockets and light fittings and any other maintenance and cleaning jobs as required. In addition the candidate will organize weekly deliveries and keep the stores clean and tidy at all times. Basic English, punctuality, reliability, hard working and commitment are essential for this position.
