We have a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to join us for the summer season in Italy.

Scott Dunn has been providing luxury bespoke holidays across the world since 1986 and our staff truly know how to add the finishing touches to a guests’ holiday. We’re looking for people whom hospitality isn’t ‘just a job’ it’s a passion. For us it’s the essential ingredient in our holidays. Our staff are our biggest ambassadors and the Guest Relations Manager is the face of Scott Dunn.

Based in a beautiful luxury 5 star hotel in the south of Italy you will be the direct contact for our guests when they arrive to meet and greet them. Throughout their holiday you will need to be on hand daily to organise any excursions, activities, restaurants or babysitting. Guests needs can be diverse but whatever is required you will need to be strong at thinking outside of the box and proactive in sourcing solutions to their requests. We have a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ ethos and your communication plus working directly with the hotel and our Children’s Club Manager are really important.

Ideally you will speak Italian to a good (or fluent) level as you will need to liaise with a lot of locals and your organisational/admin skills are also very key.
