Previous experience is preferred in catering industry but not essential. You must be able to work late nights, weekends and split shifts. Duties involve preparation and cooking of meals, paperwork, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and all associated tasks. Access to transport is essential due to location and lack of public transport at finishing times.
