Vacancy Description: A young, dynamic and leading East Midlands full service marketing agency requires a Graphic Designer to design and produce a wide range of marketing materials.
This position will offer the right applicant a lot of accountability and responsibility in a fast paced and evolving environment. Working very closely with the marketing team, the key function of this role is to ensure all creative material is produced on time and accurately. Typical projects will include the design and production of POS, re-branding, high profile client brochures, leaflets, magazine adverts and advertorials, advertising as well as internal literature.
You will be dealing with all levels of personnel, and must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
You will be handling creative briefs from concept to completion which will require sound interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work to tight deadlines. A good all round understanding of print processes would be a suitable asset.
Once creative visuals are worked up it is essential you are then able to communicate to management and on occasions the client the creative thoughts behind the designs and why these are going to work for us/the client.
You will also need to be proficient in In-design, as well as Quark Express, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop.
The work will be fun and fast paced requiring quick responses and turn around.
Along with a full up to date CV if you can provide some examples of good creative work produced will be an advantage.
Having a car and a driving licence is preferable.
