Graduate In-house Recruitment Intern!!!

Are you a recent graduate, determined and motivated to kick start your career in recruitment but dont want to get stuck in cold calling? Then we have the right role for you!!!

BIG Talent is an internal recruitment division for the Big Ideas Group a group of creative and performance driven companies based in Farringdon and Cape Town.

Duties and Responsibilities
Working in a small team on recruitment for various companies within the group from Digital Marketers to IT Support Engineers
Maintaining the bespoke candidate test site and application system
Conducting initial telephone interviews to qualify candidates and booking them in for an interview
Following diverse recruitment processes for a specified role
Redirecting candidates to the relevant application processes
Co-leading Social media campaigns for BIG Talent
Other ad hoc duties

Person Specification
Creative and dynamic thinking
A keen interest in-house recruitment
Good attention to detail
A good eye for spotting talent
Excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face
Providing admin support as required to a small and very vibrant team
Able to contribute to the success of the recruitment team by demonstrating strong initiative
Self-starter with the willingness to learn
Loves working as part of a team
Proficient with Ms Word, Excel and Outlook
Degree in Business or HR

Logistics
Based in Farringdon, London
Expenses will be paid at £20 per day
Ideally full-time (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm), flexible hours will be entertained for the right person
