Overview of role
As a small company with a very busy year ahead of us, we are looking for a smart, confident, dynamic and hard-working individual take on the task of turning our many opportunities into signed contracts.
As part of their continued growth we are looking to recruit a Junior Business Developer to work in their London office that will primarily be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities working closely with the company director. Most of our leads are generated through online marketing, SEO, AdWords campaign researching and identifying target clients, qualifying needs and setting up meetings.
Researching and maintaining a client database, contacting prospective clients and delivering the key benefits of their business against targeted client sectors, liaising with the sales and marketing teams to provide sales briefs, set up appointments and qualify business opportunity, visit clients with a senior developer to progress business opportunity.
Taking inbound calls, discussing their requirements with them, telling them about our company, and working with them via phone and email to get a software specification written
Managing client relationships, arranging meetings
Working with the technical team to develop proposals for large-scale software projects
Attending meetings with members of the technical team, to make pitches and present the company
Some researching and contacting of potential clients
Managing website content (wordpress)
Over seeing google AdWords campaigns
Periodically writing content for marketing materials

Level of experience
A graduate, ideally with some commercial experience and great communication skills, looking for a career that involves customer contact and reward for exceeding targets. Training with career progression and prospects.
Basic Salary + 1- 2% commission
