Vectone Mobile is an International Telecommunications company based in Canary Wharf, London, with MVNO operations across UK and Europe.
We are looking for a German Speaking Project / Account Manager to manager projects and accounts of our business in Austria and Switzerland.
You must be the sort of person that thrives on the challenge of tackling complex situations and you must be a highly dedicated, confident in your abilities and wanting to produce the best possible work.
Previous experience as a project / account manager and knowledge of the telecoms industry are highly desirable.
Main responsibilities
• Scheduling telecom projects such as equipment installations, network upgrades, new interconnections and testing.
• Dealing with telecom partners in order to arrange schedules work, repairs and planned work.
• Managing Engineers and the Network.
• Troubleshooting and escalating network problems.
• Looking after all network related accounts
• Negotiating and managing contacts with new providers for network links and co-location
The ideal candidate must have:
• Solution driven and have an ability to provide out of box solutions.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills as he is required to constantly work with a team and people.
• Result oriented thinking and high competitive spirit
• Have some understanding of Telecommunication industry.
Salary: 19 – 25K depending on experience
