A multilingual organisation is urgently in search of a fluent German speaker to join a thriving customer support team. You must have previous experience working on a 1st line helpdesk basis providing basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills preferably within a call centre environment. The successful applicant must also have a high standard of spoken and written English skills. You will be first point of contact for customer’s technical queries and will escalate any calls you cannot resolve to the 2nd and 3rd line teams. Likewise you will also be accountable for all call logging using specialist software. Two weeks training is provided and fully paid. My client is interested in candidates who are dedicated, high energised and eager to work in a vibrant environment. This is a permanent position paying between £17,500 - £19,000 per annum depending on experience. Based in South East London and is easily commutable from central stations like Victoria and London Bridge.
