German speaking Adobe Enterprise Support Consultant (Creative Suite, Acrobat)

Responsibilities:
• Providing high-level technical support to industry-leading enterprise accounts and Adobe partners in the areas of Acrobat and Creative Suite products, particularly digital publishing and pdf workflows.
• Troubleshoot in-depth customer issues around a wide range of technologies and liaise with engineering to work towards resolution.
• You work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional travel to customer sites or to technical conferences
• You enjoy dealing with diverse challenges and look forward to learning new technologies
• Authoring and reviewing knowledgebase articles and training materials for both customers and internal reference


Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English with excellent oral and writing skills
• Additional French or Swedish skills welcome but not required
• Preferably educated to degree level
• Strong computing background
• Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of PDF and Adobe Acrobat
• A keen interest in Adobe Creative Suite products and digital publishing workflows
• Knowledge of installer/deployment technologies
• Previous experience in a support environment beneficial
