Are you fluent in German and English or Spanish/French/English? Do you love helping people? Have you worked in customer services before?
An international company based in Central London is looking for German, Spanish and French speaking customer service representatives to join its friendly team.
We are looking for someone who has the following qualities and skills:
High standard of education
Genuine love for helping others
Customer service/call center experience
Neat personal appearance
Ability to deal with complaints and queries in a positive and professional manner
Good communication skills/telephone manner
Numerate and IT literate
Fluency in English, German, Spanish and French.
Your tasks and duties will include:
Respond to Distributor Services emails, faxes, and mailed orders.
Deal with Distributor Services telephone enquiries.
Process orders placed with Distributor Services.
Record new customer account information.
Accurately enter order information, including updating of customer accounts, telephone, contact numbers, direct deposit information etc.
Identify the best solution to customer queries.
Resolve product or service issues raised by customers.
Follow up queries and issues to ensure resolution.
Complete daily reports as required.
Translating/interpreting
Perform duties outside of those listed above as may be required from time to time.
