Byzantium Bar & Restaurant require a Strong Character to run all aspects of one of Bristols best and most unique venues.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy city centre restaurant including P&L, staffing and all training.

Working with an assistant you will plan and implement in house events, weddings and conferences.

The ideal candidtate will have at least 2 years experience at senior level management, events and restaurant management. A keen eye for detail a complete foodie and love of all things drinkable.

Byzantium is a completely independant restaurant so financial accumen is essential.

Depending on experience the salary is between £19k and £23k with a very healthy profit related bonus (payable at year end)
