An exceptional opportunity has arisen to manage The Oyster Inn and Ferryman’s of Connel.

Near Oban with stunning loch views, the renowned 4-star hotel and famous ‘west coast’ bar already has a loyal following of customers based on a successful offering of excellent food and hospitality.

The Directors of the business are seeking a ‘hands on’ manager, or management couple, to run the business. You may be in a similar position or aspiring to reach a new level. This may also present an opportunity for a head chef and front of house partner to jointly operate the business. If successful this could lead to a share in the business.

The 16-bedroom unit operates with The Oyster Inn – a mainly seafood themed restaurant (80 covers) and Ferryman’s of Connel – a traditional west coast bar with quality ‘pub food’ (40 covers). There is external restaurant decking (36) and a beer garden (48) at Ferryman’s bar.
