General Manager - Food Retail/Restaurant Concept - London

This growing company are currently looking for an experienced General Manager to join their experienced team. With new openings planned for this year - this company are keen to recruit talented Manager's.

The concept is a mix of retail and restaurant and offers fresh and healthy food served in a funky, contemporary way. The businesses are high volume and as such we require General Managers who thrive in a very busy environment.

Ideally you will have some restaurant and some retail experience, you must have 3-5 years General Management experience and have a complete understanding of how a business runs commercially.. It's important that you can show growth of your business year on year.

Passion for food and service is an incredibly important element within this role!

Alongside this, you need to have an outgoing personality with the natural ability to lead and motivate the team.
