DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking experienced waiters, waitresses, servers, barmen, and BBQ grill experts to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast paced environment to deliver perfect customer satisfaction.

Our passion for 100% customer delight by:

- Thorough knowledge of the food. You'll need to know the differences between an ostrich and a springbok.
- Preparing and serving food that meet or exceed customers' expectations.
- Providing friendly, confident and attentive service that makes customers feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
- Responsible for setting up and ensuring areas are clean and tidy.
- Fill condiment, napkins, plates, etc.
- Collect payment from customers. Must possess good general maths knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

You've go to have these Essential Skills

- Restaurant operations experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Be a pro at working under pressure and using good judgment.
- Passion for fantastic service, hard work and great attitude will pay off!
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with food preparation, i.e. knowing how to chop onions, make hamburgers, etc.
- Handle being able to stand for long periods of time without complaining. No lazy people!
- Keep it under control with cashiering and inventory functions.
- Knowledgeable in the basics of cooking.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Creative passion for food and service.
- Able to take direction well.
- Ability to multitask without cracking up.
- Hard working - you may have to work long hours, so self motivators please apply!
