Our harbour front bar is looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our the bar /
floor team. This role involves selling and serving the full range of Company food and
drinks to Company standards whilst maintaining a high level of customer care and
promoting a friendly atmosphere at all times. Some of the duties include keeping the
bar and restaurant areas clean and tidy, stocking and stock rotation, adhering to
Company policies. The role will also involves some lifting, bending and standing for
long periods of time. The role reports to the management team.

The ideal candidate must:
 Have experience within the bar & restaurant industry (preferred but not essential).
 Have an ability to receive and communicate orders.
 Possess excellent front of house skills.
 Have a real passion for customer service.
 Be results driven with a proven ability to increase sales
 Display the ambition and enthusiasm to succeed in a fast paced environment
 Be friendly and helpful with a can do attitude!
 Possess team work skills
 Have an ability to work flexible hours – evenings, bank holidays and weekends

Experience preferred but not essential.
