Pelham House Hotel in Lewes is recruiting WAITING STAFF with immediate start.

We have full- and part time positions available, working on a rotating schedule, including both day and evening shifts / week-ends.

You will need to have had:-
- at least 1 year experience of working in a restaurant or hotel in a similar position
- Intermediate English or above is essential
- Well organised and positive person
- Genuine passion for food and the willingness to learn.
