Full time Sectretary - Covering Maternity Leave 1 year contract Possible Permanent Position
We are looking for a full time Office Manager/Secretary to join us in our Soundwell office, but we will soon be relocating to our newly refurbished office in central Bristol.
Due to the nature of the role, we are only after candidates who have at least 5 years administrative experience.
In this role you will be responsible for: The whole administration/running of the office, whilst working closely with the two Directors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
You must be computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Office administration will include but is not limited to, raising invoices, booking in
deliveries, updating all of our generic systems, holiday records, training,
timesheets and expenses etc.
Organising, travel and training needs as well as maintaining supplies of all
stationery, equipment and PPE.
Reviewing and updating health and safety/company policies and ensuring they
are observed as well as updating all of the H&S admin paperwork.
For this role you will need to be well organised, with excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, along with a great telephone manner.
Other ad-hoc duties will be as and when required.
It would be beneficial if you have some experience in managing systems as well
as developing and implementing new administrative systems, to help the office
run as efficiently as possible.
Salary £17,000-18,000 pa
