New boutique hotel opening in Edinburgh's City Centre, seeks an enthusiastic Receptionist who is looking for a new challenge.

Job description:
Checking in and out guests providing a high level of service
Provide knowledge of Edinburgh’s attractions, sights, restaurants and bars.
Handling cash, telephone enquiries and various reports
Overseeing the day to day operations of the front desk
Following all aspects of high service required by the hotel

The ideal candidate:
is eager to learn new skills, whilst developing exisiting ones
is able to work independantly, closely following instruction from the Guest Services Manager
has a clear passion for guest services
is reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
has a good level of computer literacy
understands the importance of team-work within a hotel

Shift patterns:
5 days over 7 working a variety of early and late shifts
