RNLI College in Poole is looking for a Receptionist.
Our reception is the centre of our very busy day to day operations including many functions. Attention to detail and the ability to focus are key to ensure you are always giving fantastic customer service. Reception is the hub of information for the whole business, so as well as looking after our customers with excellent knowledge of everything we do you will have to be proficient at liaising with all departments on a day to day basis.
Position is based on 5 shifts over 7 days to include Early and Late shifts as well as weekends. Competitive rates of pay, with great benefits for the right individual.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a receptionist with a friendly and warm personality, who is able to communicate to all levels.
The ideal candidate must have a professional character and be willing to go the extra mile as required whilst continually promoting our facilities, to help us achieve the best possible results.
The role involves providing the crucial first point of call and welcome to all customers and provide continuous customer care throughout their stay, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction whilst maximising revenue. You will need to have basic IT skills, experience of using a switchboard, hotel booking system, numeracy skills and a professional appearance.
