We are a health care company providing custom made foot orthotics to individuals and we are expanding. Full time employees required to work as assistants.

Responsibilities include:
- answering the incoming emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- communicating with clients & maintaining a high degree of professionalism at all times.
- providing administrative and customer service support to other staff.
- performing general clerical duties as needed.
- foam casting of clients at their work places (full training provided).
-Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
-Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications required:
-previous experience in health care is not required. Full training provided.
-must read, write and speak English.
-excellent email and documentation skills.
-proficiency in using emails
-ability to multitask.
-must be a strong communicator, personable and friendly.

Requirements:
-punctuality is a required for this position

-willingness to take direct orders
-exceptional organization skills
