To assist with the smooth running of a busy leisure sector business with KPI's in Financial Compliance, Operations, Administration and New Business Development. The position is very customer focussed with high client expectations.
The ideal candidate must be self reliant, self motivated, and strong willed, ideally with hands on experience in a leisure industry operation at Duty Manager or above. Customer service, manpower planning, cash handling and procedural mangement experience is essential, as is a solid educational background.
Sound operational skills, effective people mangement and a good knowledge of spreadsheets is also needed, and you need to be calm under pressure, have good people skills and effective communication skills.
The contract is for 45 hours per week, including 2 late evenings and 8 hours on the weekend.
