We are electrical wholesaler and looking for Full time Accounts/Admin Clerk
Salary £18000 per annum
Job Description:
•Assisting with the recording of received financial data on our accounting software
•Posting invoices and all business transactions
•Processing payments from customers and controlling till
•Liaising with banks and other utilities supplier on any related issues
•Filing the invoices , other paperwork and answering a lot of phone calls and queries
Person Specification
•Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly MS Excel and outlook)
•Excellent English written and spoken
•Ability to do multitask, meet deadlines and prioritize workload
•A keen eye for detail with the capability of working accurately under pressure
At least a minimum one year similar experience is preferred and must available to work 5 and a half days per a week (Monday to Friday and 11:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday) and be comfortable with all aspects of Purchase /Sales ledger and other ad hoc accounting and admin duties.
