The role will involve working as part of the front of house team and alongside the facilities as the first point of contact for anyone stepping into the building. Duties will include: Meeting and greeting customers. Welcoming and directing visitors. Managing the movement of couriers, suppliers and contractors. Provide administration support to clients. Manage databases and booking systems. Produce reports. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday days, evenings. Salary: £14500 per annum.
