Dental Practice
Front of House / Receptionist
Croydon
30 hours per week (Four days per week)
Hours between 8:30am and 17:30pm
£7.50 - £8.25 per hour based on experience
We are a very busy and professional dental practice based in South Croydon. We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging member of the team to cover maternity. You will have a passion for customer service and have a can do attitude to go the extra mile
Key responsibilities
Greeting patients at point of contact and answering queries
Use internal computer software package for all patient records
Working closely with clinicians to manage their appointments and diaries
Answering the telephone calls within 3 rings to company standards
Taking payments from patients for work completed
Typing Including audio typing
Diary management arranging, rearranging appointments as appropriate
Produce administration with regards to patient letters and all routine correspondence.
Take and relay messages to Manager and Specialists
Direct persons to correct destination
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of practice
General administrative and clerical support
Receive and sort mail and deliveries from suppliers
General administration for practice
Ensure cash reconciliation within the practice
