We are a unique, busy bar and restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden. We are now looking for a fabulous reservationist to assist our established team over the busy Christmas period.
You will have a clear, polite, warm and friendly telephone manner, a great sense of humour and the ability to remain focused under pressure. We recruit team members that are truly passionate about delivering a great experience to our customers with both personality and professionalism.
Your role will be centred around looking after all Christmas reservations via phone and e-mail (with the support of a team around you). Great communication with the kitchen team and the management team is essential, as is attention to detail as it is a hectic time for us and mistakes just can't happen!
Previous experience of reservation systems in a restaurant would be very helpful. (Previous use of OpenTable would be advantageous).
Fluent written and spoken English is absolutely essential.
You would be required to work Monday to Friday daytime (9am til 6pm) possibly extra as we head towards Christmas. The position is available now, and will run through until the end of 2012, possibly beyond!
