Due to a recent contract award, SWIIS Foster Care urgently requires Qualified Social Workers to work as Form F Assessors. Working on a sessional basis, successful applicants will undertake competency-based Form F Assessments on prospective foster carers in their area of choice.
Successful applicants will have a recognised qualification in social work, hold a valid HCPC registration , and have prior experience of undertaking Form F assessments, ideally in the Fostering Network format or the BAAF format.
SWIIS Foster Care offers a competitive fee per assessment and travelling expenses. SWIIS Form F Assessors will receive comprehensive professional support and continued professional development.

Driving license and own transport.
Ability to work in the UK without visa restrictions.
2 years of post-qualification experience in family placement.
Strong IT skills.
