My client is looking to recruit an EXPERIENCED New Product Development Food Technologist.

The Role:
You job will be working in a busy Factory kitchen assisting with the generation of new product ideas and manage the product concepts from innovation through to the factory scale production.
You will work to retailer’s briefs to establish shelf life, find the best fit packaging, establish cooking instructions and ensure the product meets HACCP and factory legislation. Above all, it’s to ensure the product meets the target and is launched on time.

The Requirements:
Applicants must have 3 years experience working as Food Technologist and experience working with the Key Supermarkets in essential.

Other:
The position is permanent, working for a specialist Food Company in the area.
The hours will be days; however flexibility is key to suit business demands.

Salary: £22k per annum to start.
