Rate of pay: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Sunday – normal catering hours
Watershed Media Centre are looking for an individual who is passionate about food and drink to lead and develop the catering team, deputising for the Executive chef as required, taking overall responsibility for the day to day running of the catering operation, service and administration.
You will ensure that Watershed remains the most welcoming and inclusive venue for social, business and creative meetings and that catering continues to generate a financial contribution.
