Hours: 52 per week

Salary: 17k min. after probation (negotiable)

We are offering a great career opportunity for young and enthusiatic individual seeking development in catering business. We are opening another 3 restaurants within the next 12 months and you will have a great chance for promotion very shortly.

Position Description

As part of the Management Team you will play a significant part in the daily running of the operation.

Leading from the front this is hands on role that will require a high level of personal competence as well as high personal levels of energy, the rewards as well as the career prospects are open ended for the ideal candidate.

Position Requirements

Reporting to the Assistant General manager, you will be comfortable serving 10,000 customers per week operation with around 60 staff and 4 Supervisors under your control.

You are responsible for the most important department of our 500-seat restaurant inc. making the rota, organising the shifts, dealing with customer and training the staff. You will also be experienced in and have a good grasp, for training, food safety standards as well as health and safety controls within the business.

People and organization will be your strong point, you will be capable of achieving business excellence through your people and you are able to get the very best out of your team.
