One of Scotlands most famous restaurants, The Tower Restaurant and Terrace, is seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic and well-presented professional to join our bar team.

As you would expect of such a high-profile establishment, a passion for exceptional customer care, eye for detail and enthusiasm to work as a key part of a committed team are essential.

To be considered for this full-time position you should Edinburgh-based with previous restaurant experience, with no other major time commitments as shift flexibility is essential.
Wine service experience is preferred; an ability to work under pressure and a good level of spoken English is required.

Your role would include preparing and serving drinks, including classic cocktails and our large selection of single malt whiskies, and presenting and serving wines from our award-winning wine list.

£6.10 per hour plus a share of substantial weekly gratuities, rising to £6.50 after successful completion of an initial probationary period . Please apply with CV and covering letter by email.
