Description

The Show Team is one of the UK’s leading entertainment and event companies. Our services range from managing global entertainment contracts for the leisure industry, to producing one-off shows and corporate events.

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our fast-growing office team at HQ in sunny Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting, financial and administrative duties, that support the smooth running of the office as a whole.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Processing staff and supplier invoices
Reconciling bank and credit cards
Maintaining petty cash
Processing staff expenses
Making bank payments
Maintaining pay records and date sheets
Distributing payslips and remittance advice
Processing and filing purchase receipts
Making foreign payments
Generating invoices
Other accounting and administrative duties as required


About You

Experienced in a similar financial or administrative role
Must have excellent working knowledge of Sage and Excel
Highly organised and efficient, with outstanding attention to detail
Excellent numeracy skills
Great verbal and written communicator


The Detail

Part time role - 12 to 16 hours per week
Flexible hours considered, to accommodate a candidate returning to the workplace after having children
Salary range £16-19k depending on experience
Central Brighton offices
