Hours of work: At present Mon – Fri 9.00 am – 5.30pm (occasional overtime required)

Description:

The Organic Pharmacy is a manufacturer and retailer of organic health and beauty products and services.
We require a warehouse operative to assist in the manufacture of these products, to prepare stock and pack and ship orders .At least 2 years experience . Twice weekly store deliveries.

Must have full UK driving licence + Reach Forklift licence


Duties to include:

• Product filling using light machinery
• Reach forklift driving
• Labelling and boxing items
• Packing orders and arranging shipping
• Preparing packing lists
• Accurately picking orders from invoices
• Accepting and putting away deliveries
• Making deliveries to our retail stores in company vehicle
• Loading and driving van for store deliveries.
• Good housekeeping

Skills / Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Reach Forklift
• Basic IT skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A high level of accuracy in all work and a good eye for detail
• Physically fit as some lifting is required
• Enthusiastic and organised
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be punctual
