The Lansdowne Restaurant in Primrose Hill is looking for a new member to join our family. Our ground floor pub is a buzzing environment, but when people want a slightly quieter environment and more attentive service they sit in our first floor restaurant. The capacity is 50 people (8 or 9 tables) and we need someone strong enough to handle it on their own - though food and drinks arrive magically by lift service! Of course on manic sessions, or for big group bookings two people take care of the room. We have a dedicated clientele who will be sad to see our current waiter go so we need to fill the role with plenty of enthusiasm! Attention to detail is a must, great food and wine knowledge too!
The position is paid minimum wage plus 50% off the service charge from the shifts worked - a good week earns at least £350 before tax - 35hrs a week.
The applicant must be available evenings and weekends.
We're a very close knit team and always have fun at work together -but as the position involves being upstairs - often solo - it's important that you are passionate about customer service and take pride in offering customers a wonderful experience.
