Award winning Japanese-Brazilian restaurant requires a sushi chef for a full and part time position. Applicants must have excellent knowledge of Japanese produce, experience in a similar high end restaurant and be able to work alongside a team of both sushi chefs and hot kitchen chefs, knowledge of current legislation such as HACCP,enjoy busy service times and have a good grasp of the English language. We offer career prospects to the successful person/applicants; dependant on position and experience, competitive salary and tronc. The salary on offer starts at £19.500 - £24.500, depending on experience, working 7 shifts per week.
As well, the potential to progress within our company especially with our future restaurant opening
