Highly experienced, secretary/receptionist with excellent IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and other software data, accurate audio typist, well organised in archiving, filing (hard copy and paperless system). Have worked in a variety of sectors including accountancy, legal, engineering and construction.
Well spoken, confident and eloquent when speaking on the telephone, as well as having an attractive, pleasant and polite aptitude for front of house/receptionist duties.
Excellent time keeping, high level of fitness and commitment to the job, teamed with confidentiality, professionalism, a great sense of humour and calmness under pressure.
